Accounts Receivable Accountant

Duration - 1 Year, Contract, W-2

Location - Onsite in San Antonio, TX

Pay - $30.00-$40.00/hour, depending on experience

Description:

* Responsible for intaking customer payments, posting to general ledger, and uploading checks to online banking portal.

* Processing 9000 checks quarterly.

* Reconciles daily deposits to the bank with the general ledger

* Tracks check volumes for KPIs

* Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.

* Plans sponsor sends payments through ACH or checks as well as quarterly product bills.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma and 2+ years of accountingexperience; enterprise level experience highly preferred

* Strong 10Key Skills

* Strong experience with SAP

* Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
